Books live in-studio. We reorder from mills we trust, not from closeout lots with mystery hand.

Swatch loans require a card on file for the appointment window—lost swatches become studio tea napkins. We recheck nap and shade under 4200K before cutting because daylight in Philadelphia is not polite to navy.

If you supply customer-owned cloth, we inspect for flaws before cutting; findings are noted on the work order.
